Every youth worker knows that mental health is at an epidemic low. The number of students who are battling anxiety and depression continues to increase as we come out of the COVID-19 pandemic, and many of us are looking for helpful resource. As with our other similar lists of resources, this is a fluid list of recommendation, so please contact YPT to recommend something we’ve missed.
